The Wateree Business and Tax family extends our deepest sympathies and condolences to the family and friends of Mrs. Pamela Stroud.
Mrs. Pam founded our office in 1989, and was the sole owner for 26 years until she brought in a business partner, Mrs. Susan Simler, in 2015. Our legacy as a business would not be what it is today without her years of work and dedication to her clients and community.
She passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022. Mrs. Pam is survived by her beloved husband of over 30 years, Mr. Ronnie Stroud, as well as their sons, David Stroud and his wife Michelle, James Stroud and his wife Sherri, and Brian Stroud; her grandchildren, Ashlee, Joshua, Tyler, Breanna, Jay, and Xander; her brother William Thrasher and his wife Susan, her sister Diane Mills, as well as seven great-grandchildren, three nieces, one nephew, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
We will greatly miss her stories of travels abroad and mischievous sense of humor. We look forward to honoring her memory as an office, remaining dedicated to the same principles of service to our community and our clients.
Her memorial service will be held tomorrow, Saturday, February 18, 2022 at 11:00 am, at First Baptist Church Camden, SC 29020. Further details available, linked here.
